RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Laxmi Company, we aim to make you fall head over heels for our Jewellery from the moment you open the box. But hey, if Cupid's arrow misses its mark, our super simple Refund and Return Policy has your back. We promise it's as painless as possible, so you can shop with total confidence and maybe even a smile.
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 2 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Non-Returnable Items
For example (Gift cards,Sale or clearance items, Custom-made or personalized Jewellery if there is any such criteria for that)
3.Return Process
- You can initiate a return request on our website or contact our Customer Support team at thelaxmicollection2@gmail.com. They will guide you through the process.
- Once your return request is booked, please be available for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or unable to answer, the delivery partner may cancel the reverse pick-up at their discretion. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, increasing the overall timeline.
- Upon successful initiation of your return, you will receive updates directly on the website, and the same information will be forwarded to you via WhatsApp, SMS, etc. The estimated pick-up date and time will be provided, and the delivery person will collect the item from your doorstep.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging, including the RMA number and a copy of the receipt. Use a trackable shipping service to send the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Exchanges/Replacements-
You may also request a replacement or exchange of your order according to your requirements. The conditions for replacements and exchanges are the same as those for returns. The replacement will be shipped only after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of gold items). Please verify with our Customer Service team if the product is eligible for exchange or replacement; they will assist you throughout the process.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Refund Policy
Your refund will be initiated within 7 business days of receiving and authorizing the refund request. The refunded amount is expected to be credited to the account used for the order payment within 4 days after the refund is initiated. Please note that the actual timing of the credit is dependent on various external agencies such as(( banks, payment gateways, and external couriers (for cheques).
No refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
In case,if you haven’t received a refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We facilitate payments through (Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Mobile Wallets, UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), and Pay on Delivery (POD).)
